This is a no brainer. 2021 Deer and spring 2022 turkey lease.
This property consists of 2 - 80 acre parcels across the road from each other. The owners farmstead sits on the north 80. The north 80 is basically all crops. However, the fence lines are heavily treed which would conceal stands and ground blinds once the crops are out. Also, on the north property line of this 80 there is an out cropping of trees that would also work real well. The owner does state that a lot of deer move through this field and there is plenty of deer crop damage to back his statement up. With property on north and south sides of the road you can access a hunting spot easily regardless of wind direction.
The other 80 south of the house has more woods and cover. This is a very hilly property that has thick cover/trees on the south end. There are a couple of deer stands on this parcel left by the previous owner and due to liability reasons are off limits.
This field is also planted to corn and damage there is also evident. There are numerous tree lines and funnels. Plenty of deer sign on both of these parcels.
