No Hunting on the center portion of this property since it will be planted in wheat during the hunting season. Landowner asks that you stay off this area. The eastern and western will be just wheat and corn residue.

Landowner typically doesn't have cattle on the property. If we get into a bad drought, he may allow ranchers to run cattle on the property.

Lessee should be able to park on the minimum maintenance roads leading into the fields or inside the recently cropped area. No parking in the CRP, which will be walk-in only.
