There are a lot of geese in this area annually, and ducks are present year round. Crop fields on South properties are included to provide waterfowl hunting opportunities when they are out feeding. Several draws leading to the lake will provide the habitat to hunt pheasant.

Owner will retain right to hunt on an extremely limited basis.

Farm manager approved the use of a camper and ATV or Argo for hunting purposes only.
