There will be cattle grazing this property the majority of the year. Please return all fences to their same condition as you found them. Fences need to remain tight for the cattle.

Farm manager and cattle tenant have agreed to allow the lessee to install a temporary fence.
Stipulations for fence:
-temporary fence cannot alter their fence or permanent fence structure. Fence must have a gate added to allow cattle access before and after the month of November. That way if cows get out of temporary fence they are still within the permanent fence.
-Fence can be installed Oct.15 or after and closed off during the month of November only.
-Ensure all cows on proper side of fence prior to fencing.
-No liability on cattle producer if cows get into hunting portion.
-Align with their approval of proposed fence area (see map)

Camping will be allowed during the hunting season. No hook-ups available on property. Owners ask that you take out what you take in.

ATV's can be used for hunting purposes only! Farm manager asks that only foot traffic or ATV be until crops are out or wet conditions. Vehicles allowed only on the edges of the field after harvest. Respect to crops is a must.
