Any and all improvements need to be submitted to your HLN rep and the landowners notified. If improvements are made without approval first, lessee's are subject to the lease being terminated, all payments will be forfeited and not refunded.
Respect to cattle is a must and please make sure all gates are closed. Gates must stay closed at all times when using this lease. There will more than likely be cattle in the pasture to the north of the lake between the lake and the road during the summer but wouldn't have any bearing on the hunting. If lease notices any fences down, please notify landowner.
Max of 4 bucks per year on this lease, with no limits on doe's with legal licenses. Quality deer management should be practiced to keep a quality deer herd.
Owners are reserving the right to use the lake in the summer, dates will run from Friday before Memorial Day until the Tuesday after Labor Day. If lessee would like to fish in the summer, they would have to obtain the owner's permission. This is for summer use only and does not involve any hunting.
Trapping may be done if water mammals become a nuisance and trapping is needed to keep channels clear. The winning bidder of this listing will be provided with a key to the existing lock or they may provide their own lock to be added to the chain on the gate for access.
Please notify landowner of any trespassing that may be taking place on the property.
