Property Details
Great property in Washington County Unit 8!
Two 160 acre tracts a half mile apart from each other giving you 320 acres to hunt. Most of crop ground is in corn. Several guys can hunt these tracts at the same time and not bother one another. There are deer, turkey, upland and varmint hunting all to be done on these tracts. There are good timber areas that will be good travel corridors for deer and roosting for turkeys. The open range and some fields will be good for upland birds to feed and use for some shelter. I saw deer, coyotes, and pheasant during my visit.
Respect to crop ground is a must.
Tenant is clearing some trees and brush from the waterways but should not interfere with hunting.
