Property Details
Deer and Turkey galore on this 387 acre tract in southeast Nebraska on the Missouri River. Think of it as your own little sanctuary as this property has had very limited hunting on it over the last 10 years.
This tract has a good mixture mainly consisting of timber, but also crop ground consisting of corn and soybeans on rotation. The property is located directly on the banks of the Missouri River so fishing can be very good. Several ponds are located throughout this property for fishing and water sources for the wildlife. The terrain on this ground is incredible. Lot's of good size hills and tree covered ridges where big bucks like to roam. Property feels a lot larger than the true acres because of the terrain. Owner has done a great job of cutting access trails that can be used by ATV's to travel throughout the property.
Landowner will allow deer, turkey, waterfowl & coyote hunting only. Lessee will also have shared rights to fishing on the property.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture sheep on 12 acres on the west side of the property.
ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only. There is to be NO damage to crop ground.
Owner will give right to do a food plot, upon approval. Lessee will have to submit a map of placement.
Owner reserves the right to do any of the following throughout the year:
- farm maintenance
- clearing of trees (paths, roadways, fields)
- spaying weeds
- mushroom hunting
- cutting of firewood
- plans to do some road work and move dirt from the rock quarry to the dike near the river
No camping, No fires, No overnight stays on property at any time throughout the season.
