Most all crop ground is usually planned in corn, although rotation may be practiced too. A total of 169 acres in draws and grasses alone. 825 acres in crops. All legal game will be allowed for hunting.

Very large piece combined with separate parcels to run your dogs, training and of course hunting. One can release birds too, after checking Illinois rules and regulation. Will allow outfitters/hunt clubs, although outfitter insurance must be submitted. ATV use OK with respect for standing crops giving one good access to hunt. Buildings on property may be used (if not rented out) with owner and your groups separate agreement.
