A total of 206 ACRES. Most of the ag ground is usually in corn, although there may be 50+/- acres in beans and crops may alternate every other year.

Needless to say, the crops are a great draw for all wildlife, especially area deer after fall harvest. There is a small pond on the southern end of the property, near the railroad tracks that is a good water source most of the year.

The northern portion of the land is cut by the I & M Canal. With the canal and railroad tracks to the south, they both serve as a natural path or funnel for wildlife travel as well as for hunting access too.

Property is less than one mile west of Wyanet on Hyw 6 with easy road frontage access to the property. There is a crossing over the canal at the northwest end, that gives you easy passage to the southern part of the property. ATV use is allowed only for stand placement and animal retrival, unless crops are up.

We have a very good farm manager on this property that is a friend of us hunters. He will be open to food plots with approval.

For 2-3 hunters, open to all legal game by bow and gun.
