KANSAS DEER MANAGEMENT UNIT 11
The aerial photo on this approximately 400 acre lease says it all!
One of the 3 properties on this hunting lease features the Cow Creek. During my visit, I saw enough Turkey and Whitetail to take all the guesswork out of wondering WILL THIS LEASE PRODUCE? The answer is yes! When I entered the river property there was no doubt I would see plenty of wildlife and I was right. All it took was shutting the truck door. Between all three of the properties there is soybean, corn and wheat. Along the river you will find a large amount of hardwood timber and some native grass waterways leading in and out of the crop ground.
Don't discard the other two tracts that this lease has to offer. As I walked up on bedded deer in each of the properties. If this lease is for you; ACT FAST!
There is an abandoned, rock lined hole under the brush pile. It was uncovered by the inspector of a government agency which is filling holes left by coal mining in years passed. They determined this hole is not related to mining so they will not be able to fill it as part of the government program. We will inform you if we develop a plan to remedy this problem.
