This farm has ideal access off of the gravel road on the East side and the blacktop highway on the South side. These roadways allow for easy and stealth like access into the “home of the deer on your hit list”, with the prevailing North and West winds of Missouri to blow right in your face as you walk in. The food sources on this farm are second to none with a corn and soybean rotation in some of Missouri’s most fertile soils, along with what will no doubt be a large acorn crop from the many mature oak trees.
The lessee of this property must give extra consideration and respect to the farm tenant, as the land owner does not want the hunting or hunters to damage any crops, crop land, or interfere with the farming operation on the farm (i.e. blocking the driveway or placing stands in the crop acres).
