It offers some great pinch points that unite smaller fields with the larger fields. That is the reason this lease hunts so big. If you are archery hunting or rifle hunting this lease will accommodate you perfectly.
During my property inspection, I walked the Saline River edge for a short while and found many large hardwood trees mostly Oak and Hackberry. These trees would make endless areas for stand/blind locations for all wind directions. As you can see in my photos there is no shortage of bucks on this property. I was surprised to see so much deer movement in the early afternoon, they seem to have an elevated comfort level with all the pockets that this property has to offer. Almost every tree line I walked around I saw either whitetails or turkey. One of the smaller fields I caught a nice looking buck napping in the chest high bean field. I was also fast enough to catch a picture of 5 bucks out early on the far Eastside which is one of the two spots on this property that I would mark as a bedding area.
This property is simply one of the best when it comes to assets and access. These type of properties don't come available often.
There are a couple old barns located on this lease that are prohibited to access.
