This 48 acre tract will provide opportunities for both deer and turkey. The landowner reports seeing deer on a daily basis. This little property sits right in the middle of hundreds of acres of timber. There are a couple of nice ridges on the property that have signs of deer bedding on the property and several good trails criss crossing the property. There should be a good buck cruising through here this Fall and you need to be there when he does.

PREVIOUS LESSEE REPORT:
The lessee saw lots of game on this tract. He was able to harvest a nice buck and a doe. He saw lots of deer coming from the timber down through this acreage to the crop fields across the road. There was continuous deer activity the entire season. He heard and called in turkeys, but couldn't get them to come close enough for a shot. He also enjoyed success during squirrel season.

This lease is an exclusive lease for all legal game(except quail, there is to be no quail hunting. The landowner is trying to rebuild the declining population).

ATV's are permitted for hunting related tasks only.

Food and lodging is within 15 minutes of the property. The French Lick Resort and Casino is located only 20 minutes away.
