Approximately 520 acres in Bourbon County Kansas with the Little Osage River bordering the South side of this lease.

This property is the meaning of convenience with the river to the South, the town of Mapleton Kansas just to the North and 65 highway to the West.

The lease has a good history of game on it. During my visit I saw a large group of turkeys with a couple of beard’s dragging the ground. The timberline to the North creates a serious travel pattern from the Northwest to the Southeast also you should expect wildlife to feed along the field edge to the South.


Outfitters must show proof of appropriate liability insurance.
Landowner has removed the small tree line in the middle of the property. Landowner reserves the right to trim the tree line bordering the crop ground and or do drainage work, as needed.
There is a Feral Hog management program that will require access throughout the lease but program manager will not be active in the month of November or firearms season.
