The final property is 480 acres continuous ground located in the sandhills of central Kansas. It has plenty of cover with native grass, dense plum thickets that are well over your head, and some cottonwood groves. There is plenty of water with three ponds located throughout the property.
When I walked the property, I saw plenty of deer activity. One group of four bucks and another lone buck that any hunter would have been proud to put on his wall. This property borders a whitetail haven to the East. It is managed for whitetail hunting. All of these deer spill over into this 480 acre pasture making it an ideal set up.
