Tomlinson Rd. runs through this wooded tract. Huntable CRP pines 36.1a in tract east of the county road that runs thru the property; 20.6a CRP in the tract on the west side of the county road. The rest of the forest is hardwoods that provide forage and cover for deer and other legal game.
Bayou Meto runs a long way into and beyond this tract, feeding it with all its wildlife habitat and water. Depending on conditions, there may be ducks that use this part of Bayou Meto as an added feature of this tract.
Major size corn field planted on the east side and other irrigated crops to the north.
Landowner reserves the right to harvest timber under his current contract with Rayonier.

Lessee will be allowed to bush hog overgrown parking areas. Any other areas need to be submitted to HLN Rep. for approval.
