Corn is planted with the remaining acreage in grass and timber. This lease is limited to an archery only whitetail lease and shotgun for Turkey, Geese and Quail. We have had reports of the geese covering the fields in Jan 2018 with deer in the back.
The property has had some new renovations therefore the aerial photos are not current. At the southeast corner of the property about 4-5 acres; starts the newly planted corn field. In 2019, they added 14 acres of crop ground and in 2020 they will add crops to the 14 acres.

If there is a conviction of a wildlife law violation, it will cause an immediate cancellation of this Lease without refund.
2025 sewer main project that will be starting along 191st Street in Gardner. They will be taking soil samples and boring in the next few weeks. It should be along 191st Street only and maybe 40 feet into the property.
