Property Details
The is a great last minute property. Just in time for the hunting seasons. The northern most property does not look like much but depending on what the crops are there could be some good upland game or a possible buck cruising through.
The middle property is a giant agriculture field with some patches of native grass ravines surrounding it. Great grass for deer to bed up in and then come up on top to feed in the fields in the evening. This field was in corn last year and is rotated between row crops. There is also a pasture to the north that has plenty of room for big bucks to roam.
The southern most property is a diamond in the rough. It has it all. Pheasants, quail, deer and turkeys. Plenty of mature trees for stands and very tall grass for bedding areas. Grass that I had trouble walking through and well over my head. There were deer beds all over it and I jumped many deer out of it. I jumped a couple rooster pheasants and 3 coveys of quail that had a least 30 birds in each!!!! This property has it all cover, food source, and water. A couple well placed stands and you should have a chance at a Kansas giant!!!
