I really like where the 14 acre block of hardwood timber lays on the NW side of this lease. It is part of a very long ridge system and there are several heavily worn trails cutting through this timber. Several oaks were dropping acorns while I was there. There should be a couple of good stand locations in this timber and down along field edge. There was a lot of corn left on the ground after the harvest. The deer should be pounding this.
Another great feature is the great funnel along the river where the timber pinches down. There is thick cover on both sides and lots of deer are moving through here. The bucks that are traveling the river looking for does will definitely cruise down into the southern finger of this property.

The landowner requests that does are harvested. This is part of the overall management plan on this property. We will be requesting that you take pictures of your doe harvest.

This lease is for the exclusive hunting rights for the term of 1 year, unless the auction ends after Sept. 1st. In that event, the lease will run until Sept. 1st of the following year.
