This property consists of two large canyons that run north to south. The bigger canyon has a natural spring that stays running all year. When I visited the property there was plenty of deer and turkey sign. There is also numerous ways you could set up on this property to hunt.
If you own a ATV, there are trails throughout that take you pretty much around the whole property. A few open areas that would make good food plot areas for those that are interested. The property boundaries are clearly marked with barb wire fence.
A biologist looked at this property and noted that it was one of the most unique areas that he has seen and could be top 10 most ecologically important properties in SE Nebraska, in his opinion.
ATV's are allowed for hunting purposes only. Please park vehicles near the access gate, foot traffic or ATV use from there. The gate has a combination lock that the winning bidder will get the code too.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle which will be removed by November. Typical dates range from May 1 - Oct. 15.
Landowner will also reserve the right to do spring burns, spot spraying & cutting down excess cedar trees for pasture management. Typically the burns will be done in March.
Landowner will allow camping while hunting the property. Property does NOT have electrical and water hook-ups. NO smoking or open fires!
