A great combination of timber, crops and CRP. The timber cuts through the property in ideal spots and funnels the deer. The CRP is providing lots of nice buffer zones between the crops and the timber. This lease has both soybeans and corn planted. The deer are hammering the soybeans and were out in them while I was walking the property during the heat of the day. Imagine what it will be like this fall.
There are several potentially ideal locations for food plots in the CRP. The landowner is receptive to food plots. The lessee would need to have the locations and size approved by HLN and the landowner before any dirt is turned.

ATV's are permitted for hunting related tasks only.

This lease is for the exclusive hunting rights for all legal game. The term is 1 year unless the auction ends after September 1st. In that event, the lease will end on July 1st of the following year.

$2MM Hunting Lease Liability Insurance is included in the Minimum Bid Amount. No additional costs. Outfitters must provide proof of insurance.
