Landowner notes that you must remain on access road when crossing neighbor's property and close all gates during entering and exiting the property. Must exercise caution and safety to respect and protect neighbor's livestock.
Landowner will reserve the right to harvest timber from the property at his sole discretion.
Landowner is open to food plots and bush hogging areas with approval first. Please submit map of food plot/bush hog locations to your HLN Rep. for approval.
ATV's can be used for hunting purposes only! Please use extreme caution driving on the property.
Camping is approved, but property does not have hook-ups. This is approved only during the hunting season. Please take out with you whatever you brought in.
