Do not underestimate this hunting lease! There have been some very nice deer on this property with a lot of deer signs on my visit. The South 160 acre tract has a small group of trees in the Southeast corner with what is currently next to a large CRP field. To the east, I witnessed several deer and a couple mature bucks were in the group. This lease has been successfully hunted over the years and should not disappoint.

The tract will have to be accessed by foot only while crops are planted and ATVs will be allowed only on the field edges when the crops are harvested. I believe this could turn into a long productive lease with very little effort from the sportsmen. This property will have great access with any wind. The Northeast is an overgrown pasture that has a few cattle in it.

This is a deer and turkey archery only lease on the north property and all species on the south property.
