Property located a few miles from St. Edward, NE. Some of the property boundary is fenced as there will be cattle grazing in portions of the property from May 1 to Oct 1. Owner may then put cattle in three old cattle yards on the North portion of the property.

A new pivot may be installed in 2018 and if so a few trees may be removed to allow for this.

This is for all legal game / 12 month lease. Fishing is allowed as well. Trapping is also permitted. Owner willing to allow a camper during hunting season only and would be open to allowing food plots with approval first on area and size.

ATV use for hunting purposes only. Guides and outfitters allowed to lease the property but will need to supply additional hunting liability insurance.
