DEER, TURKEY, PHEASANT, QUAIL and some waterfowl were all seen on my visit. These HLN properties will hunt a lot better than the aerial photos will show, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to see a great mix of timber, river and crop ground.

The property has good access roads to the entrances although when fields are planted you may be in for a walk as most of the areas that I would like to set up in are secluded and a ways from the road. On my visit the crop was a mix of corn, soybean and wheat. Along the river there are plenty of mature hardwoods and deer trails working Solomon River bend.

There is a 10' easement along the trees for landowner to access the 14 acres of trees in the bend of the river.
No driving on muddy roads and planted crop ground.
