This tract offers a good mix of timber, crop ground, the East Holland Creek and pasture grass. On my visit I witnessed deer and watched spring turkeys in action on the wheat as you can see in the pictures below. There were several rubs and old scrapes throughout the property. On the southside there is an area that is not part of the pasture ground for a feeder setup and early season hunt.

There are approximately 16+/- acres across Hwy 4 that shouldn’t be discounted; be advised the northside of Hwy 4 is in Unit 8.

Access to this property on the northside will be easy on either side of the creek. You will need to park on the road for entry to the southside.

2021 changing pasture to crops (wheat), taking out a few small trees in the fence row on the south side of the pasture and may take out the hedge row on the west side next to the road.
