All river bottom land with a high deer and turkey population plus seasonal waterfowl. Fishing will be limited due to intermittent stream flow.
Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle after harvest, but will coordinate with the sportsmen. Please make sure upon entry and exit that you shut all gates.
Landowner is willing to allow the lessee to camp. Please note that there are no hook-ups on the property.
Landowner asks that you coordinate with the farm tenant on when you will be hunting the property. This needs to happen every time you access the property.
Landowner asks that the sportsman use the perimeter of the pivot to the trees adjacent to the river to access that area. Farm tenant will show lessee where this access road is on the property.
Please use foot traffic or ATV only in muddy conditions. No vehicles will be allowed in these types of conditions.
