This lease is for all legal game during the duration of the lease. You can scout during the off months with the exception of April 1st to May 31st.
The lease excludes hunting or being on the property from April 1 to May 31.

Large neighboring crop fields provide lots of food and a distinct travel pattern for all the deer living on this tract.
A small creek cuts through the west half providing a great water source and a nice travel corridor. There is a lot of topography (see topo map) to this react with several draws seemingly filtering the deer travel.
A new gas line easement has been cut on the west side of the property. Several deer trails crossing this easement making a great vantage point for a few stands. It would also be a nice spot to frost seed or plant some clover and develop a nice food plot or two.

This lease will be for deer season and deer scouting only. It will exclude anyone being on the property from April 1 to May 31st. Must follow all Illinois game laws.
