I could spend all day looking at these properties. The larger tract has every quality you could ask for being so close to the KC area. Not only is there a great whitetail population in the area and on the property; there are also reports of great turkey populations.

The larger property to the west had several deer on the property on my March visit along with turkey gobbles echoing through the main creek. I noted a lot of deer and turkey sign on my walk and more than enough timber to hunt a couple archery hunters with ease. This is a must see property, the land manager does a great job keeping this property in great shape.

The smaller of the two tracts east of Hillsdale State Park can prove to be a great secluded location with some nice stand locations next to the Big Bull Creek coming from the Hillsdale State Lake spillway. On a private road on the northeast corner of the property you can park and walk to your stand or blind location.

There is a motocross track next to the southeast corner of the property that is gated when closed. There is not any access from the southwest corner of the property as some maps may show.

Lessee is fully and solely responsible for making the Lessor and lessor’s farm tenant (if any) whole for any damage caused to Lessor or Lessor’s farm tenant related equipment, fences, irrigation or stock watering equipment, livestock or crop damage caused by the Lessee’s or Lessee’s invitees’ activity on the Property.
