160 ACRES IN CLOUD COUNTY KANSAS DEER MANAGEMENT UNIT 8. ELK CREEK MEETS UP WITH ANOTHER LOCAL CREEK ON THIS LEASE
This property offers three large crop fields to provide plenty of food sources and native grass field in the northeast corner. It has everything you will need to be successful when whitetail season arrives with more than enough native timber and a couple great pinch points.
On my visit I got a short glimpse of some whitetails and noticed enough turkey sign to get excited for the upcoming season. The whole property seems like turkey heaven with more than enough roosting trees available.
You can access the property with ease from the East blacktop road; the North road is a low maintenance dirt road that could be a little troublesome when wet.
Lessee is fully and solely responsible for making the Lessor and Lessor’s farm tenant (if any) whole for any damage caused to Lessor or Lessor’s farm tenant related equipment, fences, irrigation or stock watering equipment, livestock or crop damage caused by the Lessee or Lessee’s invitees’ activity on the property.
