188 acres in Dunn County, WI. Very topographically diverse property.

There are crop fields that are pretty level with a corn and soybean rotation. Woods have hills, ravines, rock outcroppings, bluffs as well as some level ground. Deer beds all over as well as trails and rubs. Some of this property is pretty steep and rough so no doubt the smart bucks think their safe in these areas. You can sit on a bluff and have a pretty good view of the ground below and the hillsides. The woods are mostly hardwood with white oak, red oak and hickory through out. There is a snowmobile trail that runs trough the property. 330th Ave. divides the property into 2 parcels. The trail on the north parcel runs through the crop field and woods. On the southern piece the trail runs basically north/south along the bottom of Hwy P. The snowmobile trails do not open until muzzleloader season is over.

There is a power line cutting through the woods on the southern piece that runs diagonally southwest / northeast. This is visible in the aerial pictures. This is not the snowmobile trail. The power line is maintained by the local utility and makes for a great shooting lane.

Owner is easy to work with but please no shooting towards the owners house on the northwest corner of the southern parcel. There is a spot to drive in to park off of Hwy P on the north end of the norther parcel. 330th dead ends so there is little traffic and is wide enough to park on the side. Owners appreciate a courtesy call before visiting as they may be cutting firewood.

No nails, spikes, screws or other metal allowed to be put into trees.

This property is an easy 1 hour drive from the Twin Cities. Owner wants deer shot as there are way to many. Dunn County is in Central Farmland Zone 2.
