I have been on hundreds of great properties in my lifetime and the first step on this property I knew this was going to be my new hunting lease. There are so many great qualities about this property I’m not sure where to start.
The Cottonwood river flows thru most of the property along with a nice creek that dumps into the river. Follow the river and creek for miles and miles from this lease and it seems that most the deer will travel through this property at some point. Past crops have been alfalfa, corn, soybeans, wheat, cover crops that act as a great food plot.
My hunting partner and I have only harvested mature bucks off this lease over the many years of hunting and there are some great upcoming giants in this area.
I harvested my only Boone and Crocket buck on this lease and had so many other close calls over the years. This lease has a smaller property that should prove not to be overlooked, I have had several good trail cam photos on this tract but never gave it the time needed to set it up.
You can’t ask for better landowners and access to your stand locations. There is an active dairy farm and schoolhouse in the center of the main tract. For this reason, this lease is open to all legal archery hunting only.

This lease is located near Durham, KS and not far from Hillsboro, KS with lodging.
