This property is located in rural farming country with an abundance of corn, soybean, wheat and milo. Not a lot of road traffic in this area although the roads are well maintained for easy access.

This lease has a history of producing quality whitetail and a good number of wild turkey. On my property inspection I was able to see both on this lease. The surrounding area are miles of the same quality terrain as you will find on this property.

There are two small hay fields along the N/W corner with a couple of good funnels that are sure to provide suitable stand or blind locations.

The South 40 is a pasture with a current cattle lease and some timber as well as a small pond. I notice turkey on both the south end and the larger hay field on the north part of the lease.
