VERY NICE 154 ACRES IN UNIT 11 HUNTING LEASE NEAR THE SMALL TOWN OF LANE KS IN FRANKLIN CO.

This property has a large amount of dense timber and some of the thickest bedding area I have seen. All of Unit 11 and especially in this area have produced some great whitetail.

The field in the back is very secluded with the Pottawatomie Creek as the northern boundary. There are plenty of pinch points between the field edge and the creek with the ability to shoot in both directions. I really like the property surrounding this lease and can’t wait to hear about what is seen cruising the Pottawatomie Creek.

I also noticed, what I think would be a terrific blind location during firearms season in both the east and west end of the field.

The access to this lease is good to the southeast corner. There is a minimum maintenance road leading to the large field in the back that I found to be impassable when wet.

There is a railroad track going through the timber on the southeast portion of the property.
