It is not very often that we come across an all-around great property for the sportsman that likes to do it all. I would have to say this is a well above average waterfowl property with some flooded timber and packed with a lot of different duck species along with geese. This lease sets up very nice in terms of easy access. The 12 acre pond is located to the southern end of the property and a large portion is planted in tall native grasses.

There were deer sign on the east half of the property and although I did not recall seeing any evidence of our Kansas Wild Turkeys, I did see some on a nearby property.

2024 They are doing some dirt work in the pasture because of erosion.

As a bonus the landowner will allow catch and release fishing as well.

Landowner has the pasture burnt off annually and a pasture lease for seasonal cattle grazing.
