If you are looking for a solid timber rolling terrain hunting lease, look no further. The surrounding property also has the same heavily covered timber with rolling terrain. When we walked the property there were plenty of stand and blind locations. I would personally favor the high points of the property with the Kansas winds. The attached topo map shows these areas on the northeast and the southwest portions of the property. Notice in the aerial photo the lower terrain sets northwest and exits the southeast of the property.

Landowners are very accommodating and live on this tract so no worries about frequent trespassers while you are hunting. Lodging is nearby and access to the lease is great.
