77 +/- acres. This property holds plenty of deer and turkey. The woods on the south end do not have a lot of vegetative growth under the trees and are pretty open. As you go toward the south part of the woods however, the cover gets heavy to the point you can't get through. I kicked up a couple of deer that were bedded down in the thick cover. A somewhat hilly property with the ground rising towards the south end. Numerous trails throughout the woods. There are oaks on the property and other hardwoods. The row crops are corn. There's a small pond on the north 40. There is a small lake to the east and these bodies attract a lot of geese/waterfowl as per the owner.
