This is a huge lease, spread out over two units, 3 and 7!!!. When putting in for tags you will want to put in for one of these units and have the other as our adjoining unit. Lots of ground to cover with many different options for stands and wildlife!!!
This is a cattle farm. There will be cattle dispersed throughout the property the entire year. There will be some areas that the cattle will not be on during the season and this will most likely rotate depending on crops and quality of grass. This also means there is a lot of food to hunt. There will typically be corn, milo, and beans somewhere on the farm. There is also some wheat and alfalfa. The landowner says that the turkey's are plentifully come spring time!!
There is every kind of wildlife that you can find on this lease. Deer, turkey's, upland game, predators, and waterfowl, as you can see the geese in the fields in the pictures. As you look through the pictures, look closely at the ag fields. Almost all of them have great cover surrounding them. This cover may not be on the lease but you can bet the deer will be coming to feed in the ag fields that are near by that are on your lease. There is also a lot of pasture ground with elevation and contour for the deer to find places to hide out!!!
This has all the makings of a long term lease!!!
ATV's allowed for hunting purposes only, no trail riding, and avoid damaging the fence on the property. Respect to crops and crop ground is a must!
$2 million hunting liability insurance included with lease price.
Owner reserves the right to pasture cattle.
Outfitters/guides must provide their own additional insurance.
