Winneshiek County- 110 acres- CRP farm with one acre one acre of organic vegetables currently planted and a hayfield. Lessees report they see pheasant and deer all the time and saw a whole flock of turkeys in the field this last week!

The timbered area on northern border is part of the farm, but not included in the lease due to it being in a forest reserve program. This is reflected in the maps.

No planned maintenance of the CRP this year. It was burned in 2023. There are 25 acres of cattle on this farm that are NOT part of the lease and not included in the map area. Respect to cattle important.

Campers possible depending on duration. ATV's permitted on perimeter of CRP or hayfield.
