Little Cedar River is directly to the southwest of the piece. Tree line on north.

Three entrances to the farm, including northwest, west, and southeast.

3 acres of prairie strips will be seeded after November 15th (minimal disturbance with a seeding on the south of farm and eastern buffer) and two CRP waterways will be constructed sometime in the fall of 24 or in spring of 25. Western CRP to be burned in spring of 2025.
