This tract consists of 88 acres of grass, 61 acres of pasture and 11 acres of wheat. The property also has plenty of timbered area to get set up and a pond with a dry creek. Rough ground good for bedding deer.

This lease will run from Oct.1, 2026 - Feb.1, 2027. Lessee will have exclusive rights for deer hunting and shared rights for bird hunting. Landowner will share bird hunting rights and reserve the right to hunt at their discretion.

If the lessee needs to set cameras, stands, food plots, or access the property before, they will have to contact the HLN Rep. to get permission.

Landowner reserves the right to pasture cattle on the west side of the property. This is not currently set up.
