Landowner said you could just sit on a bucket and get your limit.

Access is off of 26th Rd or the Northwest corner of the property. Do not access through driveway off of Hwy 30.

Landowner reserves the right to do regular field maintenance.

Landowner asks that you keep your distance from the farm house on the property and follow all Nebraska hunting laws.

Landowner asks that you contact him first for access until harvest is complete.

Landowner is open to renting his shouse during the season to winning bidder. He is also open to allowing a power source for an aerator. These options are separate from the lease and can be discussed with the landowner for an additional fee.
