WATERFOWL LEASE IN THE MISSOURI RIVER BOTTOMS IN HOLT COUNTY!! Sitting just outside of Craig, this farm in nestled smack dab in the middle of waterfowl paradise. This area is famous for it's Northwest Missouri waterfowl hunting!

This once tillable farm has been recently restored into wetlands. Extensive dirt work was completed to restore the wetland characteristics of the property and encourage wetland habitat. The aerial photo of the farm was overlayed with the wetland construction plans to show where the most substantial standing water areas should be. Most of the property looked to have substantial grassland habitat surrounding the water areas. There were also substantial areas of small to medium sized trees on the northern portion of the property. Deer hunting opportunities could be a bonus feature of this lease as deer sign was noted while scouting.

All legal game may be pursued. The cost of the hunting liability insurance is already included in the lease price. Outfitters are also welcome to bid on the lease. Outfitters must show proof of additional insurance before lease is executed.
